Questions about Red Light Therapy:

Red-light technology is made up of powerful and concentrated red and near-infrared wavelengths that penetrate and stimulate the skin at the cellular level. Red-light therapy naturally stimulates the body at the cellular level to produce more ATP (energy). This increased production is a significant component of cellular regeneration which is responsible for improving and boosting new cell growth. It has been proven that this biochemical reaction results in a multitude of health benefits.

Red light therapy can provide pain management and whole-body healing. Red-light therapy can benefit arthritis, autoimmune disorders, bruises & burns, stomach conditions, dental issues, dementia/Alzheimer’s disease, eye disorders, Lyme’s disease, hair loss, joint pain & inflammation, multiple sclerosis, mental clarity, stress & anxiety, sleeping disorders, sport injuries, inflammation, muscle recovery/conditioning, tissue repair, surgery recovery and much more.

The unique light emitted from a red-light therapy system causes the fat cell membranes to temporarily alter the permeability of the cell wall. This brief change allows some of the fat contents to seep out to where it can then be processed by the body. After being released, the fat is broken down into free fatty acids and glycerol and the contents are taken to liver by the lymphatic system.  Here the contents are either used or quickly eliminated by the body. Clients undergoing red-light therapy have noticed an improvement with cellulite as well as skin tone and texture.

The primary difference lies in the wavelength of the light used. Red-light therapy typically uses light with wavelengths of 630-700nm, while infrared therapy uses longer wavelengths of 700nm to 1mm.
Red light therapy is generally considered safe with minimal risks. However, overuse may lead to skin irritation or damage. Individuals should consult a healthcare provider to discuss potential risks.
Red light therapy is generally safe for all skin types. However, individuals with certain skin conditions should consult with a dermatologist before beginning treatment.
The liver is the ultimate filter to remove toxins and nutrient byproducts from the body.  The fast release of fat can sometimes overwhelm the liver and for this reason a high-quality liver support is recommended.
There are no known risks or side effects involved in using red light therapy. It is considered a safe alternative to invasive procedures such as traditional liposuction. Red Light treatment is 100% non-invasive and does not cause any bruising or scarring.

There are numerous studies and clinical trials that support the efficacy of red-light therapy for various conditions, illustrating its potential as a therapeutic option. Review the research: https://trifectalightbed.com/studies/

Questions about your session:

Wear light colored cotton clothing, for woman sports bras without wires and biker shorts, for men cotton shorts work best. Since metal attracts heat, please avoid wearing undergarments that contain metal. The same is true for jewelry. Drink water before your appointment and do not consume food 1 hour prior to your appointment.

During the treatment, your will be lying down inside the Trifecta Bed and close the top half. Then they simply enjoy a relaxing 10–15-minute session! And if you are claustrophobic, there is an option for your head to be outside the Bed as well!

Professional red light therapy beds typically offer more powerful illumination and larger treatment areas, whereas at-home devices may be less potent but more convenient and accessible.

Results can vary, but some individuals may notice improvements in as little as a few weeks, while others might take months to observe significant changes.

The frequency of red-light therapy sessions varies based on the condition being treated and should be based on a professional's recommendation. Typical regimens may range from daily to several times per week.
