During the treatment, you will be lying down inside the Trifecta Bed and close the top half. Then simply enjoy a relaxing 10–15-minute session! And if you are claustrophobic, there is an option for your head to be outside the Bed as well!

Wear light colored cotton clothing, for woman sports bras without wires and biker shorts, for men cotton shorts work best. Since metal attracts heat, please avoid wearing undergarments that contain metal. The same is true for jewelry. Drink water before your appointment and do not consume food 1 hour prior to your appointment.
